Level: Senior Officer / Assistant Manager / Manager

We are looking for a Brand Management & Stakeholder Experience Professional to help strengthen our corporate brand and create meaningful experiences across key stakeholder touchpoints. The role works cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to bring brand strategies, experiences, and initiatives to life.

• Manage and strengthen the corporate brand in alignment with the company’s Brand Strategy, Brand Identity, and overall business direction.
• Plan and execute brand campaigns and corporate brand assets, including Brand Films, Brand Photography, Key Visuals, and other brand communication materials.
• Develop and enhance stakeholder experiences across key groups, including customers, residents, business partners, employees, and other stakeholders, through relevant activities, services, and brand touchpoints.
• Plan and manage Corporate & Brand Events, from concept and experience development to production and execution.
• Develop partnerships, collaborations, and privilege programs with external partners to create added value for the brand and its stakeholders.
• Support Brand Development, Innovation, and Experience Development initiatives that strengthen the company’s long-term competitiveness.
• Provide creative and brand direction to ensure consistent visual identity and brand experience across touchpoints.
• Manage agencies, suppliers, and external partners, including budget, timeline, deliverables, and overall quality.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Product Development, HR, and other relevant functions to turn brand initiatives into tangible experiences.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Communication Arts, Design, or a related field. A background in Branding or Marketing is an advantage.
• Experience: Relevant experience in Brand Management, Marketing Communication, Brand Activation, Event Management, Customer Experience, or Stakeholder Experience. The position level will be considered based on the candidate’s experience, capabilities, and overall fit.
• Campaign & Project Management: Ability to manage projects or campaigns end-to-end, from concept development and planning through coordination, execution, and performance review.
• Creative & Brand Sense: Strong understanding of branding, visual design, and art direction, with the ability to review creative work and provide clear direction in line with the brand.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple internal functions, agencies, suppliers, and business partners.
• Ownership & Accountability: Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with the ability to independently manage assigned work from start to finish and drive projects toward successful completion.
• Initiative & Problem Solving: Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to identify opportunities, propose new ideas, and find practical solutions when challenges arise.
• Organization & Prioritization: Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain control over timelines, budgets, and details.
• Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Industry Interest: Experience in the real estate industry, or a strong interest in and understanding of the real estate customer journey, will be an advantage.
